Free meet & greet
Alex comes to your home to meet your pets, learn their routine and talk through feeding, medications, keys and emergency contacts.
Set the schedule
Pick the days and times that fit your pet's usual routine, including early mornings and evenings. You get a written service agreement before the first visit.
Updates every visit
After each visit you get a photo and a text, so you always know how your pets are doing.
Questions people ask
What does concierge cost?
Concierge is quoted as a daily rate that bundles your pet care and home care. It depends on the number of visits, your pets and your home. Call or send a message for a quote.
Is Overnights part of concierge?
It can be. Choose daily visits, Overnights or a mix, and the home care is added on top.
What happens if a storm is coming?
During storm season, Alex checks in with you when a storm is forecast and can bring in patio items and secure loose objects. You'll get updates on how the home is holding up.
Is there anything you don't do?
Concierge covers your pets and keeping an eye on your home. Housekeeping, pool and lawn service, repairs and any home maintenance aren't included. If the walk-through turns up a problem, like a leak, Alex lets you know right away so you can call your own plumber or repair company.
