Free meet & greet
Alex comes to your home to meet your pets, learn their routine and talk through feeding, medications, keys and emergency contacts.
Set the schedule
Pick the days and times that fit your pet's usual routine, including early mornings and evenings. You get a written service agreement before the first visit.
Updates every visit
After each visit you get a photo and a text, so you always know how your pets are doing.
Questions people ask
Should I send a carrier or crate?
Cats and small pets travel in their own carrier. For dogs, Alex will talk through the best way to keep them secure for the ride at the meet & greet.
Who pays the vet or groomer?
You do, directly. If you can, keep a card on file with your vet and groomer so Alex can drop off and pick up without waiting on payment. If that isn't possible, let us know and we'll sort it out with you before the trip.
Can you pick up food or a prescription too?
Yes. Ask about adding a pet supply or prescription pick-up to the trip.
Do I need to be home?
No. With a key and your instructions, Alex can collect your pet and bring them home while you're at work or away.
