Free meet & greet
Alex comes to your home to meet your pets, learn their routine and talk through feeding, medications, keys and emergency contacts.
Set the schedule
Pick the days and times that fit your pet's usual routine, including early mornings and evenings. You get a written service agreement before the first visit.
Updates every visit
After each visit you get a photo and a text, so you always know how your pets are doing.
Questions people ask
How many visits a day does my pet need?
It depends on your pet. Dogs usually need more potty breaks than cats. Alex will suggest a schedule at the free meet & greet, and you decide.
Should I book 30 or 60 minutes?
Thirty minutes covers feeding, a potty break and medication. Sixty minutes adds a proper walk or extra playtime, which helps with energetic or lonely pets.
Can you give my pet medication?
Yes. Pills, liquids and other routine medications are given exactly as your vet directs. Go over them with Alex at the meet & greet.
How do you get into my home?
You hand Alex a key at the meet & greet. Keys are coded, never labeled with your address.
