Free meet & greet
Alex comes to your home to meet your pets, learn their routine and talk through feeding, medications, keys and emergency contacts.
Set the schedule
Pick the days and times that fit your pet's usual routine, including early mornings and evenings. You get a written service agreement before the first visit.
Updates every visit
After each visit you get a photo and a text, so you always know how your pets are doing.

What hours does an overnight cover?
Overnights run from the evening through the next morning. Exact arrival and departure times are set at the meet & greet to match your pet's routine.
Can I add visits during the day?
Yes. Many families pair Overnights with a midday Pop By or a Dog Walk so the day is covered too.
Can you look after the house as well?
Yes. For longer trips, Home & Pet Concierge adds mail, bins, plants and a walk-through of the home to your Overnights.
